Tuning in the Radio

Here at Chromatic, we're always learning and exploring different ways to create the best product possible. Whether that's through roasting, brewing or a combination of the two, it's innovation that keeps us pushing forward. As of late we’ve been exploring the relationship between roast, water, and how these two affect extraction. By adjusting the mineral content of the water that we use for brewing, we can control extraction rates for a wide variety of roast styles, achieve highlighted sweetness, and balance in the cup.
In the coming weeks we'll be introducing some of the concepts that we've been working to achieve through these roasts and brewing methods. So keep your eyes peeled and get excited, because we are.
